Born from a love of the golden age of Ultima Online, Felucca's Gate is a free shard dedicated to preserving the raw, unfiltered experience of classic UO — where danger lurks around every corner and legends are forged in blood and magic.
The History of the Shard
Felucca's Gate is new — but the hands that built it are not. Its founders are veterans of the original Britannia, shaped by years on OSI servers when the world was still dangerous and every login felt like stepping into the unknown. They carried that love forward through the years, chasing it across free shards and private servers, always searching for the place that felt like home.
Some came close. But close is not enough. Servers rose and fell — owners who disappeared, communities left without direction, worlds that drifted from their own promises. Others offered Britannia in name only: unfamiliar maps, softened edges, rulesets that whispered Felucca but played like Trammel. The risk had been quietly negotiated away. The danger that made every encounter matter had been replaced with the illusion of it.
Felucca's Gate was built as the answer to all of that. This is Britannia — the real one. The map you remember. The rules you feared. A thief can empty your pack in a crowded market. A mage can drop you before you clear your weapon. A tamer's dragon does not care about your gear score. Crafters have purpose here — cooking, spirit speak, and every skill the other servers forgot — because we believe every path through this world should matter.

The Staff
Veteran UO player since 1998. Built Felucca's Gate from the ground up with a passion for classic gameplay and a vision for a living, breathing world.
Oversees all in-game events, player disputes, and world lore. Known for his elaborate dungeon events and his zero-tolerance policy for cheating.
Responsible for custom systems, skill balancing, and the unique content that sets Felucca's Gate apart from other shards.
Manages the Discord, organizes community events, and serves as the bridge between players and the development team.
SERVER RULES
The Code of Britannia
Felucca's Gate is a PvP-enabled shard. We embrace the chaos of the original game — but we do not tolerate cheating, harassment, or exploitation. The following rules apply to all citizens of Britannia.
Use of third-party programs, macros that exploit game mechanics, or any form of cheating will result in an immediate permanent ban. No exceptions.
Selling or buying in-game items, gold, or accounts for real money outside of the official donation shop is strictly prohibited.
PvP is encouraged. Targeted harassment, hate speech, and personal attacks outside of the game context are not. Keep it in Britannia.
Game Masters and staff have final authority on all in-game matters. Disputes may be raised through the Discord ticket system — not through public arguments.
Each player is permitted four accounts, with one character per account. Those with a multi-player household may obtain exception on a case-by-case basis; please page staff to discuss.
